Revitalize Aeromed Staging Facility – Renovation of a portion of the first floor and all of the second floor of lean-to Hangar 4 at McChord AFB.

Approximately 11,000 sf. of existing structure was remodeled. Work included removal of known asbestos/lead based paint materials, removing/replacing interior finishes, reconfiguring existing offices to new user functional plan, removing/replacing
windows, adding insulation and finishing the interior of exterior walls throughout the area, renovation of men’s and women’s toilets, and associated mechanical/electrical work.
