- Review progress payment applications.
- Preparation of periodic project reports.
- Coordination with permitting authorities.
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Periodic work progress reviews
- Prepare/distribute correspondence
- Prepare and maintain the Project Manual.
- Resolve all construction implementation issues.
- Monitor construction costs.
- Track project costs, schedules and projections
- Maintain ‘as-built’ documents, and schedules.
- Document the project progress with photographs.
INSPECTION SERVICES
- Review/inspect work for compliance with the contract documents.
- Review/inspect materials for conformance with the contract documents.
- Review installed material quantities and quantity representations.
- Coordinate of project materials testing.
- Provide documentation of testing activities.
- Conduct quality control coordination.
- Verify compliance to the requirements of the governing authorities.
TESTING SERVICES
- Coordinate Quality Control of testing services.
- Verify testing compliance required by the governing authorities.
- Verify acceptability of test results.
PROJECT CLOSEOUT
- Prepare Punch List and verify completion of outstanding items
- Prepare Certificate of Substantial Completion
- Coordinate submittal of warranties and record drawings.
