Science Building Bathroom Renovation
Olympic College, Bremerton, Washington
This project provides the complete renovation of the Men's and Women's Restrooms in the Science Building at Olympic College. The building previously had two Men's Rooms and one Women's Room, which reflected the student population in the past. Currently, there is a much higher demand for Women's Restrooms and storage than previously existed. One of the existing men's restrooms exhibited structural settling distress, from a long-unknown water leak under the foundation.
Washington Engineering provided complete project design, including construction observation and support. Our design team incorporated the needs and wants of Olympic College Math/Science Personnel, Faculty and Staff, and Washington State Division of Engineering and Architectural Services (DEAS). Washington Engineering provided complete Architectural, and Comprehensive Interior Design services, and Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering Design. The design phase of this project was completed on schedule and construction is proceeding on schedule.
