Repair Gymnasium Lockers/Showers
McChord Air Force Base, Washington
This project was for the modification of an existing design package of repairs to the Gymnasium at McChord AFB to include additional work items. The design was prepared to correct Fire Safety Deficiencies and to modernize the HVAC control systems by providing Direct Digital Control (DDC). Eight ceiling fans were added to the Exercise Room. Existing floor tile in the men's and women's locker and shower rooms was removed and replaced with non-skid ceramic tile. Tile in the locker rooms were removed and replaced with a water resistant carpet. Miscellaneous architectural, mechanical, and electrical repairs were accomplished to support the above work.
