Covered Storage Facility
This project consisted of design for a 4,000 sf covered vehicle storage/warehousing facility. The structure consisted of a concrete foundation and high-capacity slab-on-grade, a pre-engineered metal structure enclosed on three sides, with a brick veneer on the primary exterior wall to match the architectural theme of adjacent structures and a standing seam metal roof. Site improvements included asphalt paving for access, storm drainage controls, extension of electrical power and communications to the site and perimeter security fencing.
Warehouse Building 1218, McChord AFB
This facility was a rehabilitation of an existing World War II metal building and the construction of a new storage facility. It included interior rehabilitation, new exterior walls and roof finishes, and new thermal insulation.
